The 'wet room' style bathroom really impressed, especially with the heating fan during the cold winter nights.
The hot water in the vanity didn't work properly, leading to chilly handwashing. Breakfast reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with a hassle for our group on the last day, as we could only feed half. The Japanese breakfast options were unfamiliar and might not suit everyone's taste. A continental choice would be more appealing.
